Restaurant Uniform Co. is Battle Born Clothing's brand for restaurant, bar, brewery, cafe and catering staff uniforms: custom aprons with your logo, screen-printed staff tees, embroidered polos and hats. We decorate in our own shop on two commercial embroidery heads, screen print with plastisol, water-based and discharge inks, and have made laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an 80-watt CO2 laser. We are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. Every job gets a digital proof, a free redo if the error is ours, and a standard 28-day turnaround from proof approval.

Embroidery is the standard apron decoration. It survives bleach, commercial washing and years of shifts. ### Printed aprons

Screen print makes sense for a large, simple logo on a big batch: $4.59 per apron per location at 48 pieces (one color on dark, flash included) plus $20 per screen. DTF handles full-color art on smaller runs and is quoted per job.

### Screen-printed kitchen and bar tees

A Port & Company PC61 with a one-color front print is $10.63 each at 48; front and back is $15.22 plus $40 in screens. We print plastisol for durability and water-based or discharge for a soft hand on bar merch. No hard minimum on screen print, but 48 pieces is where the price makes sense.

### Embroidered polos for hosts and managers

A Port Authority K500 with a left-chest logo is $19.55 each at 24 and $17.55 at 144. Women's L500 matches. Nike and OGIO polos are quoted per job as an authorized decorator.

Richardson 112 trucker caps are $20.50 each at 24 embroidered or $21.00 with a laser-engraved leather patch. The YP Classics 6606 saves a couple of dollars per hat. Sportsman SP12 beanies are $12.60 at 24 for winter patios. Patch hats double as counter merch; embroidered hats read as uniform.

### Small orders welcome

A six-table cafe that needs 12 aprons and 12 hats pays the 12-23 tier and gets the same proof and redo policy as a 500-piece casino order. There is no hard minimum on embroidery, leather patch or screen print.

## FAQ
**How much do custom aprons with a logo cost?** A Port Authority A500 full-length apron with an embroidered logo is $19.98 each at 24 pieces, $19.48 at 48, $18.48 at 72 and $17.98 at 96 or more, plus $18.99 one-time digitizing. Other apron styles are the blank at current cost plus the same embroidery schedule.

**What if my logo is more than 6,000 stitches?** Every embroidery price covers up to 6,000 stitches. Above that, each additional 1,000 stitches adds $2.00 per piece at 1-11 pieces, $1.50 at 12-23, $1.00 at 24-59, $0.60 at 60-79 and $0.50 at 80 or more, rounded up to the next 1,000. So a 12,000-stitch logo adds $6.00 per piece at 24 and $3.00 at 80 or more. We digitize first and tell you the exact count with the proof before you approve anything.

**Is there a minimum order for restaurant uniforms?** No hard minimum on embroidery, leather patch or screen print. Orders under 12 are priced at the 12-23 tier. Screen print makes the most sense at 48 pieces and up.

**How long does an order take?** Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Quotes usually go out the same business day. Rush is quoted per job.

**Do aprons need sizes?** No. The Port Authority aprons we decorate are one size with waist ties; bib styles have an adjustable neck. Hats and beanies are one size too. Tees and polos need a size breakdown.

**Embroidery or screen print for restaurant uniforms?** Embroidery for aprons, polos and hats, since it survives bleach and daily washing. Screen print for kitchen tees at 48 pieces and up. DTF for full-color art on small runs.
