Short answer: an embroidered Port Authority A500 apron is $19.98 each at 24 pieces and $17.98 at 144. A printed PC61 kitchen tee is $10.63 at 48. A K500 host polo is $19.55 at 24. A Richardson 112 hat is $20.50 at 24. Here is how Battle Born Clothing gets to those numbers and what moves them.

## The price is blank plus decoration

Every uniform piece is a blank garment plus the decoration on it. We list both. The blank is priced at supplier cost times two under $10, or cost plus 35 percent above $10. Decoration is a flat schedule that drops at 12, 24, 48, 60 and 80 pieces. One-time fees (digitizing, screens) sit on top and are paid once, not per piece.

The A703 waist, A702 reversible bib, A700 extra-long and A510 medium-length aprons use the same embroidery column with their own blank, which we quote per job at current cost. Aprons are one size, so there are no size upcharges.

Under 48 pieces, embroidery is usually the better value on tees because screens are a fixed cost. At 48 and up, screen print wins on a simple logo.

## Polos

A Port Authority K500 with a left-chest logo is $19.55 each at 12-47 pieces, $19.05 at 48-59, $18.05 at 60-79 and $17.55 at 80+. The women's L500 is the same price. Sizes 2XL and up carry a $1-7 upcharge by size.

## What moves the price

- Quantity: crossing 48, 96 and 144 drops the decoration rate.
- Logo size and detail: over 6,000 stitches adds $1.50 to $0.50 per additional 1,000 stitches depending on quantity (see the stitch count table on the pricing page).
- Second locations and names: quoted per job.
- Brand: Carhartt, Nike and OGIO are quoted per job with brand pricing respected.
- Sizes: 2XL+ upcharges on shirts and polos; none on aprons or hats.

## Questions
**Is there a minimum order?** No hard minimum. Orders under 12 pieces are priced at the 12-23 tier.

**Do one-time fees apply again on a reorder?** No. Digitized files are kept. Screens may need to be remade for a print reorder; we tell you on the quote.

**Does the apron price include the logo?** Yes. $19.98 at 24 is blank plus one embroidered logo up to 6,000 stitches. Only the $18.99 digitizing is extra, once.
